Green/Silver/Black Meet this week. Schedule - Start Lists - Rosters Athletes not listed on the Heat Sheets will be running 400/800 during the "All On" races. Each athlete can only do two individual events, the 4x400m Co-Ed Relay does not count as an event (This is a change from last year, each team will send out their best team to run at the end of the meet.)
Monday: Jumpers - Green/Silver/Black - High Jump & Long Jump Followed by ALL jumpers Long Jumping: Girls on West Pit, Boys on East Pit Throwers - Green/Silver/Black - Discus & Shot Put Followed by ALL throwers throwing. Finish in Weight Room The Rest - 4x100, Hurdles & Starting Blocks
